What this controller does
The Fuji Electric PXR3-TEY2-5VMA1 is an advanced, self-tuning 1/32 DIN temperature and process controller with 16 ramp/soak segments. The 1/32 DIN form factor (about 24 x 48 mm panel cutout) fits tight panel layouts where every millimeter counts — common in multi-zone heater banks, packaging machines, and lab ovens where you stack several controllers side by side. Self-tuning means the controller automatically calculates PID parameters during startup, so you don't have to spend time on manual loop tuning for most thermal processes. The 16 ramp/soak segments let you program multi-step thermal profiles — heat, hold, cool, hold — for processes like curing, annealing, or environmental chamber cycling.
