The Fuji Electric PXR4TAS1-1V000 is a panel-mount digital temperature controller from the PXR4 series, sized for a standard 48x48 mm cutout. It accepts a thermocouple input (type T, °C) and drives a relay contact output for on/off or time-proportioned heating/cooling. The control engine runs PID with auto-tuning and self-tuning, plus fuzzy logic with auto-tuning — so it adapts to process changes without a manual tuning session. Power supply is universal: 100-240 V AC, 50/60 Hz, or 24 V AC/DC (±10%). Power consumption tops out at 10 VA on the higher voltage ranges, which keeps the heat inside a crowded panel manageable. Ambient operating range is -10°C to 50°C — fine for most control cabinets but watch the derating if it's mounted near a hot process vessel. The order code includes one alarm output (specified as '1 pc.' in the optional specifications), so you get a dedicated relay for high/low process alarms or event annunciation. The module communicates with its associated FCM or FCP over a redundant 2 Mbps fieldbus, which means this controller can talk back to a supervisory system without extra wiring.
The relay contact output is rated for the controller's internal switching — it's a standard form-A relay, good for driving a contactor coil or a small heater SSR. If your load draws more than a few amps, you'll want to interpose a contactor or SSR between the controller output and the load.
