What it is for the line-down swap
When a remote rack goes dark at 2am, this is the Mitsubishi AJ65BTB2-16DR you're after. It's an 8-in / 8-out remote I/O station that talks on the MELSEC network. Draws 70 mA typical from the 24 VDC bus. Inputs are sink/source configurable, plus common. Outputs are relay, rated for AC 250 V or DC 110 V at up to 1.5 A resistive. Photo-isolated both sides. The spec says 3600 cycles per hour max, so don't hammer it faster than that.
Panel fit notes
Mounts inside the control panel on a DIN rail (depth 46 mm, width 197.4 mm, height 65 mm). Accepts 24 VDC supply with 15.6 to 28.8 V range. Inputs consume about 7 mA each at 24 V. Output common per 8 points, terminal block style.
Ordering this for a BOM
Available through our network; we quote to order. No cross-reference needed — it's a current-production Mitsubishi part. Ensure your panel's overvoltage category is II or lower and pollution degree 2 or less per the spec.
