Integrator note — output loading and protection
The AJ65VBTCE2-8T is a CC-Link remote I/O station with eight transistor sink outputs, each rated 0.1 A continuous and a common limit of 0.8 A shared across the eight points. The unit power supply accepts DC 20.4 to 26.4 V, while the load supply range spans DC 10.2 to 26.4 V — so a single 24 VDC bus can feed both if the rail stays within the tighter unit supply window. Outputs are photocoupler-isolated from the backplane, with a Zener diode surge suppressor across each channel. Response time is 1 ms or less for both ON and OFF transitions under resistive load, which suits valve banks or indicator lamp arrays that need consistent timing. The built-in overload, overvoltage, and overheat protection functions trip before the output transistor fails — good for a line that cannot tolerate a welded-on output.
CC-Link integration and wiring
This unit occupies one station on a CC-Link Ver.1.10 network. Communication uses the dedicated cable (FANC-110SBH or similar) with one-touch connectors sold separately. Unit power and I/O power connect via a separate one-touch connector; the output field wiring uses sensor connectors (e-CON, 2-wire type), commoned in groups of eight.
