This Omron E2E-X20MB1TL18-R 2M is a long-body M18 inductive proximity sensor from the E2E NEXT series, built for washdown environments and high-speed IO-Link communication. Mounting and wiring
M18 threaded barrel, nickel-plated brass case with a PBT sensing face. Overall length 77.3 mm, threaded length 47 mm — fits standard M18 mounting holes. The unshielded design allows non-flush mounting, which provides flexibility in tight spaces while maintaining the full 20 mm sensing range. Straight cable exit, 2 m cable length rated for robotic flexing. Wiring is standard three-wire DC: brown to +VDC, blue to 0V, black to PNP signal input.
