The Omron E2E-X9B1TL12-M1TJ 0.3M is a shielded inductive proximity sensor from the E2E NEXT series. Its 9 mm sensing range and PNP normally-open output make it a direct fit for M12 threaded mounting holes in metal sensor brackets where you need to detect ferrous targets without interference from adjacent metal walls — the shielded coil concentrates the field forward. Rated IP67 and IP69K, the nickel-plated brass body withstands washdown. The 700 Hz response frequency handles line speeds for a 9 mm target. Supply voltage range is 10–30 V DC. The 3-wire PNP-NO interface connects directly to any sinking digital input without a pull-up resistor.
Lifecycle and sourcing posture
The cable with an M12 connector reduces panel wiring time compared to a flying-lead variant. If your pre-wired harness expects a straight M12 male, this mates directly; verify the connector gender on your mating cable.
