Integration notes
The Omron E2EW-X10B1T18-M1TJ 0.3M is a shielded M18 inductive proximity sensor from the E2EW weld-field immune series, with PNP output and IO-Link COM3 communication at 10 mm sensing distance. Metal-faced design (SUS303 stainless) resists weld spatter and mechanical abrasion, and the sensor delivers equal sensing range on steel and aluminum — no derating needed when targets mix materials. Supply is 10–30 VDC on a 3-wire DC configuration; output is NO. The 0.3 m M12 pigtail with Smartclick connector mates quickly and withstands vibration better than threaded couplings. IP67 sealing covers coolant splash and brief submersion — typical for machining centers and washdown stations.
