The front panel is rated IP66 — dust-tight and water-resistant — which means it survives washdown cycles in food, beverage, or pharmaceutical areas without a cover. Operating range is -10°C to 55°C, so it's fine inside a non-conditioned enclosure as long as the ambient stays below that ceiling.
