Product details

The Schneider Electric A9R52280 is an Acti9 iID residual current circuit breaker (RCCB), 2-pole, rated 80 A with 30 mA earth-leakage sensitivity. It operates at 230-240 V AC, 50 Hz, and is Type AC (sinusoidal AC residual currents only).

80 A rated current (In) — sized for a main incomer or submain. 30 mA sensitivity trips on earth faults per EN/IEC 61008-1. Type AC detects sinusoidal AC leakage only. The part is voltage-independent: the tripping mechanism stores enough energy from the fault itself to open, so it works even if the neutral is lost upstream.

Deployment context

The toggle actuator and padlocking provision allow lockout/tagout. Wire strip length 14 mm. Neutral is on the left (fixed position).
