The Schneider Electric C11B4TM080L is a ComPacT NSXm 160B frame moulded-case circuit breaker, 4-pole, rated 80 A at 40 °C with a thermal-magnetic TM-D trip unit. The 80 A continuous rating is the load it carries in a 40 °C panel; push ambient higher and you derate per the IEC 60947-2 thermal curve. It's marked Category A (no intentional short-time delay), so it trips instantaneously on magnetic pickup — standard for distribution feeder duty, not for motor-start coordination.
Mounts flat on a backplate, horizontal or vertical. 108 mm wide × 137 mm high × 80 mm deep — 12 module pitches at 9 mm. Front connections top and bottom, neutral on the left. Terminals accept 2.5…95 mm² rigid or stranded Al/Cu, or 2.5…70 mm² flexible copper via a single Everlink lug per pole. IP40 enclosure, IK07 impact. The flag indicator (green) shows auxiliary contact presence without opening the cover.
Built and certified to EN/IEC 60947-2. Suitable for isolation per that standard. Operating altitude 2000 m without derating, 5000 m with derating. Relative humidity 0…95 %. Network frequency 50/60 Hz. Earth-leakage protection is not integrated — this is a plain thermal-magnetic breaker, not an RCBO.
