160 A MCCB for distribution panels
The 4P configuration with left-side neutral covers three-phase plus neutral circuits without a separate neutral breaker. The toggle control and front-facing connections simplify panel wiring and labelling.
Selectivity and coordination
The 16 kA at 415 V AC (E performance level) gives the C12E4TM160B a defined short-circuit withstand for downstream coordination. For a 160 A frame, this is a standard interrupting rating — not the highest in the NSXm family, but sufficient for most distribution panels where the upstream transformer or feeder limits fault current below that threshold. The TM-D thermal-magnetic trip provides fixed magnetic pickup for short-circuit and adjustable thermal overload for cable protection.
The 108 mm width occupies 12 module pitches of 9 mm. Front connections accept compression lugs or busbars; connection pitch is 35 mm with spreaders, 27 mm without. IP40 front face and IK07 impact resistance suit it for enclosed panel mounting where occasional tool contact or minor impact is expected.
