125 A MCCB for distribution panels
It protects distribution feeders against overload (L) and short-circuit (I) in a single 3-pole package. Breaking capacity hits 50 kA Icu at 380/415 V AC and 50 kA at 440 V AC, per EN/IEC 60947-2. That N-level interrupting rating suits it for main or sub-feed protection in industrial panels where fault currents stay under 50 kA at 415 V.
At higher ambient temperatures you derate per the thermal curve — the TM-D trip is thermal-magnetic, so the thermal element responds to ambient. Mounting flat on a backplate in any orientation (horizontal or vertical) is allowed, which simplifies panel layout. Mechanical durability is 20,000 cycles; electrical durability is 20,000 cycles at 440 V In/2 and 10,000 cycles at full rated current. That is typical for a distribution breaker — not a switching device, but it handles occasional load-break without issue. IK07 impact rating handles light mechanical shock during installation.
For BOM freeze or compliance audits: the breaker carries EN/IEC 60947-2 certification and UL 60947-4-1 ratings.
Panel integration
Mounts flat on a backplate — no DIN rail adapter needed. Five accessory slots allow adding shunt trips, auxiliary contacts, or motor operators without removing the breaker. Toggle control gives clear visual indication of contact position.
