What this MCCB delivers
The H breaking capacity code marks the high-interrupting variant of the EZC400H frame.
Rated 50 kA Icu at 380 V, 400-415 V, and 440 V AC 50/60 Hz per IEC 60947-2, and 70 kA Icu at 220-240 V AC. That gives you selectivity headroom for a main breaker feeding sub-feed breakers — the 50 kA rating holds across the common 400 V class distribution voltages. Category A utilization means it is not intended for frequent switching under load; it is a distribution breaker, not a motor-starting device.
Trip unit and protection
The TM-D trip unit provides short-circuit and overload protection via a thermal-magnetic mechanism. No earth-leakage protection built in — you add a separate module or external RCD if that is required. Neutral is unprotected (4 poles protected, neutral without protection setting).
Mounting and connections
Fixed backplate mount, front connections both top and bottom. The 44 mm pole pitch matches standard MCCB busbar and cable lug spacing. Pollution degree 3 per IEC 60947 means it handles conductive pollution typical of industrial control rooms (not clean-room or sealed environments).
Compliant with GB/T 14048.2, EN/IEC 60947-1, EN/IEC 60947-2, and JIS C8201-2-2. Suitability for isolation confirmed per IEC 60947-2 — you can use it as a visible-break disconnect where local codes allow. Rated insulation voltage 690 V AC, operational voltage 440 V AC. Storage temperature range -35 to 85 °C.
