Overview

The HMIPUF7D0PL1 is a Schneider Harmony iPC industrial panel PC with a 15-inch active matrix colour TFT LCD display at 1024 x 768 pixels XGA resolution and an analogue resistive touch panel. It runs on an Intel Atom N270 1.66 GHz processor with 2 GB RAM and a 60 GB SSD, powered by a 24 V DC supply. The front panel carries IP65 and NEMA 4X ratings for washdown environments; the enclosure is fanless for silent operation in clean rooms or dusty cabinets.

The Atom N270 at 1.66 GHz with 512 KB cache handles runtime and HMI visualization tasks; the 2 GB DDR3 RAM supports multi-tag databases and recipe management. The Intel GMA 950 graphics controller with 224 MB shared memory drives the 32.5 fc (350 cd/m²) backlight, readable in high-ambient-light panel positions. On-board Ethernet (10BASE-T/100BASE-T/1000BASE-T) connects to PLCs and SCADA networks; two RS232C serial ports and four USB 2.0 ports handle legacy peripherals and data logging. The 60 GB MLC SSD with a 2,000,000-hour MTBF eliminates rotating-media failure points in vibration-prone installations.
