630 A electronic MCCB for solar distribution
It carries a 50 kA interrupting capacity at 800 V AC (performance level N), making it suited for main or feeder protection in solar combiner boxes and distribution panels where high fault currents are expected. The electronic trip provides L (long-time overload), S (short-time short-circuit), and I (instantaneous short-circuit) protection curves — adjustable for selective coordination downstream. Pollution degree 3 (IEC 60664-1) and overvoltage category III mean it handles industrial environments without external creepage reduction. The fixed-mount backplate design with front-facing screw terminals simplifies busbar and cable connections in a panel.
The LSI electronic trip allows time-current curve shaping: the S (short-time) setting lets downstream breakers clear lower-level faults first, preserving selectivity. Mechanical durability of 20,000 cycles and electrical durability of 2,000 cycles at rated current tell you the expected life under load-break duty.
