The OD2-P50W10U0 is a 2D laser displacement sensor from the OD Value series, delivering a PNP switching output over a 50mm ±10mm measurement range. It runs on 12~24VDC and terminates via a connector, so you're wiring a standard M12 or similar round plug — no hardwiring into the sensor body. The 40.0mm to 60.0mm installation distance means you mount the sensor face 40–60mm from the target; the 50mm nominal standoff is the sweet spot. That ±10mm window is the actual measurement span — the sensor sees a 20mm vertical slice of the target's profile. Integration notes
Chassis-mount form factor — bolts to a bracket or machine frame. No DIN-rail clip, so plan a mounting plate or tapped holes.
