What the 3 mm detection range means on the line
The UFN3-70B413: A 3 mm detection gap is tight — think label presence on a web, cap detection on a conveyor, or counting small parts through a fork. The ultrasonic beam doesn't care about color or transparency, so clear film or shiny metal won't fool it. That gap size means the sensor is picky about alignment; the target has to pass cleanly through the fork without wobble.
