SIMOTICS S-1FK2 HD on a SINAMICS S210 axis
The Siemens 1FK2104-4AF10-1SA0 is a SIMOTICS S-1FK2 HD servo motor in the 1FK2 family built for SINAMICS S210 drive electronics, supplied with a holding brake and an absolute encoder single-turn 22-bit (AS22DQC) for commutation and position feedback on the servo loop. Rated output is PN = 0.4 kW at nN = 3000 rpm on a 380–480 V supply, with a derated PN = 0.2 kW at nN = 1500 rpm on 200–240 V; standstill torque M0 = 1.27 Nm — the constant that sets the low-speed torque ceiling for sizing the axis. It is the low-to-mid inertia HD (High Dynamic) frame the family is built around, so it fits the typical S210 packaging, pick-and-place, and indexing axis where the holding brake has to hold vertical loads at standstill.
Mechanical envelope, encoder, and connector
The shaft is D19 × 40 mm with a feather key — the keyed shaft is the one that drives the load, so the mating coupling or pulley has to be matched to a 19 mm bore and a keyway. Holding brake, IP64 degree of protection, and an M17 rotatable power/signal plug with OCC interface give the field-side view: brake for vertical-axis lock, IP64 for typical plant air (not washdown), and a rotatable connector so the cable exit can be set on install without rotating the whole motor. The 22-bit single-turn absolute encoder (AS22DQC) gives 4,194,304 counts per revolution — fine resolution for indexing, and single-turn means multi-turn position retention requires a separate gear or battery-free absolute tracking scheme on the drive side.
