Servo loop envelope
Siemens 1FK2104-4AK00-1MA0 is a SIMOTICS S-1FK2 HD synchronous servo sized for the SINAMICS S210 drive platform, with a rated stall torque M0 of 1.27 Nm and PN of 0.6 kW at nN = 6000 rpm on the 380–480 V supply. On the 200–240 V leg it delivers PN = 0.4 kW at nN = 3000 rpm, so the drive-side line voltage you wire to decides which constant-power point actually lands on the shaft. Feedback is the AM22DQC absolute encoder — 22-bit single-turn plus 12-bit multiturn over the OCC interface — which keeps the absolute position intact through power cycles and removes the homing routine on every controller restart. The M17 plug is rotatable, so the connector orientation can be set after the motor is bolted down without spinning the housing.
Mechanical fit at the spindle
The shaft is D19 × 40 mm with a feather key, degree of protection IP64 at the housing — meaning the body is dust-tight and resistant to splashing water, which is the rating to look at for shop-floor coolant mist and chip splash rather than a full washdown. IP64 keeps the encoder optics clean on a mill or lathe enclosure but is not a sealed-for-food-zone rating. Group Code R220 and Product Group 9021 are the Siemens ordering identifiers carried on the nameplate; both are administrative and do not change the electrical envelope. Compliance is stated against the RoHS substance restrictions since 01-07-06 and tracked under REACH Art. 33.
Lifecycle and orderability
The product is classified as made-to-order with no return-for-credit pathway, which is standard for configured servomotors and means each unit ships as a fresh build against the BOM line.
