Holding torque M0 is 2.4 Nm on this frame, and the absolute encoder AM22DQC reads 22-bit single-turn plus 12-bit multiturn over the DRIVE-CLiQ link — that resolution is what gives the velocity loop the headroom to push a high-inertia load without the scope catching cogging steps at low speed.
Encoder feedback and the loop it enables
Encoder AM22DQC at 22-bit + 12-bit multiturn means roughly 4 million counts per revolution on the position channel and 4096 turns of absolute range — for a pick-and-place axis that never loses its home position through a power cycle, the absolute bits remove the homing routine on every cold start. Shaft is D19 x 40 mm with a feather key, and the body sealing is IP64 — adequate for an enclosed cabinet or a gantry inside an IP-rated machine skin, but this is not the washdown-rated HP version of the 1FK2 line, so food-and-bev or outdoor exposed mounting needs an up-rate review. Power connector is M17 size, matching the DRIVE-CLiQ plug — the pair carries both motor power and feedback on M17 housings, which keeps the cable gland count to two per axis on the cabinet wall.
