Stall torque 2.4 Nm, two power rails across 400 V and 230 V
The 1FK2104-5AK00-1SA0: This is a Siemens SIMOTICS S-1FK2 HD synchronous servo in the family dedicated to the SINAMICS S210 drive platform — the 1FK2 line is built around a fast current loop and the OCC connector interface, which is why it does not cross over to the older S120 / S110 commissioning toolchain. On the headline ratings, the motor publishes a stall torque M0 of 2.4 Nm, with two rated-power operating points: 1.07 kW at nN 6000 rpm on a 380-480 V rail, and 0.75 kW at nN 3000 rpm on a 200-240 V rail — so the same frame covers both the European 400 V three-phase feed and the lighter 230 V builds.
22-bit single-turn feedback and D19 keyed shaft
Feedback is the absolute encoder AS22DQC at 22-bit single-turn — that resolution per revolution is what lets the S210 close the position loop tight enough to tune out cogging without manual anti-cogging tables, and keeps the velocity loop quiet at low speeds where a coarser encoder would stair-step. The shaft is D19x40 mm with a feather key, and the cable exit is the M17 rotatable plug with OCC interface — match the mating cable side on the SINAMICS S210 motor cable before commissioning, since the OCC pinout is not a generic M17.
IP64 — sealed for cabinet, not for washdown
Protection is IP64 — dust-tight and resistant to splashing water from any direction, so the motor body lives inside a panel-side or machine-side enclosure rather than out in a wet process zone; on a washdown food-grade line a higher IP is the upgrade, not this one.
Active lifecycle — sold as configured per order
Production status is currently active, and the order-code class is a build-to-order configuration under product group 9021, group code R220 — meaning each unit is produced against the specific code suffix, not pulled from a generic shelf. Compliance posture covers RoHS since 01-07-06, REACH Article 33 disclosure duty per the current candidate list, and an AL:N / ECCN:N_CNDU export classification — no special-export paperwork gates the order.
