SIMOTICS S-1FK2 CT, 2.4 Nm, brake engaged
The 1FK2204-5AF11-1MB0: The feedback is an absolute encoder AM22DQC with 22-bit single-turn plus 12-bit multiturn resolution, terminated through a DRIVE-CLiQ M17 plug; the power lead uses a size M17 connector, so the cable set is the standard SINAMICS S120 motion-control wiring rather than a third-party harness.
Two voltage windows, one frame
The 0.75 kW rating at 3000 rpm is the 380-480 V figure and the 0.375 kW rating at 1500 rpm is the 200-240 V figure — the same physical motor on two different line voltages, not two motors. Selecting the SINAMICS S120 line module that matches the bus window is the gating decision; the motor itself does not change. At 2.4 Nm M0 with a holding brake, the unit sits in the compact end of the 1FK2 range and is sized for dynamic auxiliary axes — feed rollers, small conveyors, label applicators, indexing tables — rather than the main spindle or any axis that needs the high-inertia tail of the family.
DRIVE-CLiQ loop, encoder resolution, IP65 at the body
The DRIVE-CLiQ M17 plug and AM22DQC absolute encoder are recognised by the SINAMICS S120 on plug-in — electronic nameplate, motor ID, and brake parameters auto-load, so commissioning is a topology-detect step rather than a manual parameter entry. The 22-bit + 12-bit resolution gives 4 million counts per turn plus 4096 turns of absolute position memory, which is enough to retain axis reference over power-cycle without a separate homing routine. IP65 covers the housing and shaft seal for cabinet-interior and sheltered plant-floor duty; the connector faces are sealed when the mating cordset is torqued home, but the rating does not extend to high-pressure washdown — for food-and-bev lines or outdoor exposure, route the motor behind a barrier or upgrade the sealing class.
Compliance and customs posture
Product class C is a made-to-order item with no return-for-credit pathway, so the BOM line should be locked at PO release with the full order code rather than carried as a stocking line — landed cost planning, not catalogue sourcing.
Quoted to order, single-piece orderable
The quantity unit is one piece and the packaging is a single-unit shipper, so panel builders and MRO planners order against the BOM position rather than break-pack.
