What the part delivers on a SINAMICS S200 axis
The Siemens 1FL2102-2AG00-0SC0 is a 50 W SIMOTICS S-1FL2 servomotor from the 1FL2 family built to feed the SINAMICS S200 low-voltage drive — the 0.16 Nm stall torque and 0.16 Nm rated torque at 3000 rpm put it in the very-small-payload band where the S200 PN replaces a stepper or a larger servo on light indexing tables, small-format conveyors, and auxiliary axes. Mechanically it is a 20 mm shaft-height housing with a plain shaft (tolerance N) and no holding brake, so any vertical-axis retention has to be planned into the gearbox or external mechanism rather than expected from the motor itself.
Electrical and feedback fit
The 200 V 3AC supply rating and the AS-i 21-bit hybrid connector are the two facts that decide whether this motor drops into an existing cabinet: the drive side has to be the SINAMICS S200 PN line, and the one-cable hybrid link carries both power and the multi-turn absolute position feedback back to the drive in a single cordset — no separate encoder cable to route. Protection class IP54 with no oil seal keeps it indoors on clean axes; the IP65 washdown or food-grade variants sit in different order-code positions in this same family.
Lifecycle, compliance, and the kitting question
Lifecycle stage is current and the unit ships in a single-piece carton (315 x 182 x 172 mm) — the bigger concern for kit-builders is product class C, which is the Siemens designation for built-to-order product that is non-returnable and non-reusable once the build starts, so spare-parts kitting has to align the order with a confirmed panel-build slot rather than stockpile blindly.
