The Siemens 1FL2103-2AG00-0HC0 is a SIMOTICS S-1FL2 low-inertia servomotor sized for the SINAMICS S200 drive family — a 200 V three-phase, 0.2 kW continuous (Pn) servo with a rated speed of 3000 rpm and 0.64 Nm standstill torque, in the 30 mm shaft-height frame. At 0.64 Nm the rotor can accelerate a small positioning axis or auxiliary load without oversizing the drive — the constant torque at standstill (M0) equals the rated torque (Mn), so there is no torque droop below base speed and the loop holds its micron target on a short move. AS17 bit single-turn absolute encoder feedback and a plain shaft with tolerance N match the SINAMICS S200 commissioning profile; the hybrid connector carries power and signal in one plug, so cabinet-side wiring stays compact.
Mechanical envelope and sealing for a shop-floor axis
IP54 with no oil seal means the housing keeps dust and light splash out of the stator — fine for typical machine-tool enclosures — but a wet cutting zone or gearbox lube mist demands a separate seal arrangement at the shaft. No holding brake is fitted on this build; for any axis that must hold position with the drive de-energised, the BOM has to call a brake variant from the same shaft height, not a retrofit.
