Because the motor is built to order and the S200 line is still active, the safest move for any cell with a long mean-time-between-failure cycle is to keep a critical spare on the shelf before a fault rather than scramble after one — once a 1.5 kW axis stops, the cabinet is dark until a replacement arrives. Independent distribution quotes against the BOM volume at RFQ; the part number, drive family and encoder code should be re-verified against the existing axis label before the order is committed, since product-class C units cannot be returned against credit.
