Motor ratings and drive pairing
The 1FL2306-6AC01-0HB0: Rated for 1.75 kW at 2000 rpm on 400 V three-phase supply, delivering 8.36 Nm continuous torque and 8.8 Nm holding torque at standstill. The 65 mm shaft height and plain shaft with tolerance N suit direct coupling to lead screws or timing belt pulleys without a keyway. Part of the 1FL2 servomotor family, designed to pair with SINAMICS S200 drives. The AS17 bit absolute encoder provides position feedback without a separate battery-backed multiturn module — the single-turn resolution covers most linear-axis travel within one revolution.
IP65 sealing and connector layout
IP65 with oil seal means the motor body withstands washdown and coolant splash in machining centres. The angular connector exits at 90° to the motor axis, keeping the cable clear of the load coupling in tight Z-axis envelopes. No holding brake — the motor coasts on power loss. If the vertical axis needs fail-safe hold, the matching S200 drive can control an external brake relay, or specify the braked variant of this frame.
