The 1FL2306-7AC01-0SB0 delivers 2 kW rated power at 2000 rpm, with a holding torque M0 of 13.3 Nm and rated torque Mn of 9.55 Nm. That holding torque figure is what the motor can sustain at standstill to keep the load position locked — critical for vertical-axis applications where the brake failure risk is on the table. The 65 mm shaft height and plain shaft (without keyway) mean the coupling bore needs to be sized for a shrink-fit or set-screw connection. Tolerance class N on the shaft diameter follows ISO h6 — standard for servo applications where the encoder feedback loop compensates for any residual runout.

IP65 with oil seal — where it runs
The IP65 protection class with oil seal means the motor body and shaft seal withstand direct hose-down and oil mist — suitable for machine-tool coolant environments, food-grade washdown zones (with compatible lubricants), and outdoor installations under a canopy. The oil seal at the shaft exit prevents cutting fluid ingress into the bearing cavity, which is the common failure mode on unprotected servos in machining centres. No holding brake is fitted on this variant — the 0SB0 suffix indicates the plain-shaft, no-brake version. If the axis needs a holding brake for vertical loads or safety-circuit redundancy, the -0SB1 or -0SB2 suffix variants carry an integrated holding brake. That swap changes the motor length and inertia, so the drive tuning parameters shift.
