The 1FL6042-2AF21-1LH1 is a Siemens SIMOTICS S-1FL6 servo motor rated at 0.75 kW on a 230 V 3 AC supply, delivering 2.39 Nm rated torque at 3000 rpm. It carries a holding brake, IP65 sealing, and an absolute encoder with 20-bit single-turn plus 12-bit multi-turn resolution. The motor is designed for use with SINAMICS V90 drives.
This low-inertia rotor design (moment of inertia 1.060 kgcm²) gives fast acceleration and deceleration for cyclic positioning tasks. The absolute encoder provides position feedback without a homing routine on power-up, simplifying commissioning in multi-axis applications.
