Sealing and environmental protection for washdown zones
No holding brake is fitted on this variant, so the load must be held by the drive's holding brake or an external mechanical brake when the servo loop is de-energised; the motor's detent torque alone will not arrest a vertical axis load.

The motor is compatible with SINAMICS V70 and V90 converters — the encoder interface and motor feedback cable pinout match those drive families, so the autotune routine identifies the motor parameters from the electronic nameplate without manual entry of winding resistance or inductance.
