1 kW at 2000 rpm — what it means for the drive pair
The 1FL6062-1AC61-0AA1: Rated 1 kW with a nominal speed of 2000 rpm and a holding torque M0 of 6 Nm (continuous stall torque MN is 4.78 Nm). This is the operating point the SINAMICS V70 or V90 drive must be sized to — the motor draws its rated current at that torque-speed combination, and the drive's continuous output current must match or exceed it. The incremental encoder is TTL with 2500 increments per revolution. That resolution (2500 ppr) gives the drive position feedback for closed-loop speed and torque control; it is not an absolute encoder, so the drive will need a homing sequence on power-up if the application requires a known reference position.
IP65 and mechanical fit — panel and line integration
The sealing ring must be seated correctly at installation; the IP rating depends on it. Shaft height 65 mm with a feather key and tolerance N. The feather key (parallel key) transmits torque to the load coupling; tolerance N is the standard fit for general-purpose keyways. No holding brake is fitted — the motor relies on the drive's holding function or an external brake for position-hold when power is off.
