Motor ratings and encoder fit
The 1FL6062-1AC61-0LG1: This SIMOTICS S-1FL6 servo motor delivers 1 kW rated power at 2000 rpm, with a standstill torque M0 of 6 Nm and a rated torque MN of 4.78 Nm — the M0 figure governs holding torque at zero speed for positioning applications. The 20-bit absolute encoder (12-bit multi-turn) provides 1,048,576 positions per revolution, eliminating the need for a homing cycle on power-up in multi-turn applications. Rated for 400 V 3 AC supply, this motor mates directly with SINAMICS V70 and V90 servo drives — the encoder interface and motor feedback cable are pre-configured for that drive family.
IP65 and shaft configuration
Plain shaft with tolerance N (no keyway) and shaft height 65 mm — the N-fit allows the customer to machine their own coupling or pulley bore, but requires a clamping element for torque transmission. Supplied without holding brake; if the vertical-axis load requires brake holding, an external brake resistor or a motor variant with integrated brake should be specified instead.
