The 1FL6064-1AC61-0LG1: The 20-bit absolute encoder (12-bit multi-turn) provides position feedback resolution fine enough for precision indexing or contouring without a separate reference mark cycle on power-up. Operating voltage is 400 V three-phase AC, standard for European industrial mains; the motor is compatible with SINAMICS V70 and V90 drive families, so the drive selection is constrained to that pairing.
Mechanical fit and environmental sealing
Shaft height is 65 mm with a plain shaft, tolerance N — the mounting flange and shaft diameter match the standard S-1FL6 frame, so the coupling and motor-mount bracket must be verified against the existing machine interface. No holding brake is fitted on this variant — the load must be held by the drive's holding brake or an external mechanical brake when power is removed.
