2.5 kW at 2000 rpm — what that means on the line
The 1FL6090-1AC61-0AA1: Rated 2.5 kW at 2000 rpm rated speed, with a stall torque M0 of 15 Nm and a continuous rated torque MN of 11.9 Nm. That torque curve means it can hold position at full rated load and still have headroom for acceleration peaks without tripping the drive's i²t limit. The 400 V three-phase winding mates directly with SINAMICS V70 and V90 drives — no transformer needed on a standard 400 VAC industrial supply. Shaft height is 90 mm with a feather key, no holding brake. The IP65 rating with the included sealing ring means the motor body and shaft seal survive washdown environments — food processing, packaging, or any line where hoses are part of the daily cleanup. The sealing ring is the wet-end barrier; if it's missing or damaged during installation, the IP65 rating is lost at the shaft exit.
TTL incremental encoder — 2500 lines per revolution
The incremental encoder is TTL output, 2500 increments per revolution. That gives a native resolution of 0.144° per count before any drive-side interpolation. For a ball-screw axis with a 10 mm lead, that's about 4 µm per count — fine enough for most pick-and-place, labeling, or light assembly stations. No absolute position retention on power loss; the drive must reference at startup.
