The Siemens 1FL6094-1AC61-0LG1 is a SIMOTICS S-1FL6 servo motor rated 5 kW at 2000 rpm, delivering 23.9 Nm continuous torque (30 Nm peak at standstill). It runs on 400 V three-phase AC and carries a 20-bit absolute encoder (12-bit multi-turn) for position feedback — no holding brake on this variant.
Mounting and environmental fit
Shaft height 90 mm, plain shaft with tolerance N — mates directly to the load without keyway. IP65 rating with the sealing ring installed means the motor body handles washdown and dust ingress; the encoder and connector end are protected in the same envelope. Designed as a spare part for the SIMOTICS S-1FL6 family, compatible with SINAMICS V70 and V90 converters. No holding brake means the load must hold position through the drive's holding torque or an external brake.
