S-1FL6 frame, sized for V90 drives
The Siemens 1FL6094-1AC61-2AH1 is a member of the SIMOTICS S-1FL6 servomotor family, built as the low-inertia motor half of a SINAMICS V70/V90 drive pairing (cites:, cites:). The 90 mm shaft-height frame delivers Pn=5 kW at Nn=2000 rpm, with M0=30 Nm stall and MN=23.9 Nm rated — enough torque margin to absorb short-term acceleration peaks without tripping the drive. It ships with a plain shaft (tolerance N), an integrated holding brake, and an incremental encoder at 2500 increments per revolution, fed back to the drive through the angle plug (cites:). Degree of protection is IP65 with the sealing ring fitted — the sealing ring is the wet-side barrier, so the cabinet entry has to seat it correctly during install or the rating drops.
Why NRND changes the order path
Lifecycle is flagged NRND (cites:) — the part is still orderable, but it is no longer in broad factory-channel production the way new-frame S-1FL6 variants are.
