Wiring terminals accept solid conductors from 0.5 to 4 mm² and stranded from 0.5 to 4 mm²; two conductors per clamp are allowed in the 0.75 to 2.5 mm² range. That covers most panel-building wire gauges without needing ferrule adapters. Clearance around the unit: 20 mm upward, 10 mm forward, 9 mm backward, 20 mm at the side, and 0 mm downward. The zero-clearance bottom edge means you can butt it against a wireway or another device below without extra spacing.
Motor duty and protection
Rated at 0.12 kW at 400 V, this feeder is sized for a small three-phase motor — a fractional-horsepower pump, fan, or conveyor drive. The 24 V 50 Hz coil keeps control voltage at a safe touch-potential level for the panel. Motor protection is handled by a bimetal overload relay built into the supplied link module 3RA1911-1AA00. Short-circuit protection comes from the supplied circuit breaker 3RV1011-0FA10. The supplied contactor is 3RT1015-1AB01. This is a matched set — the coordination between breaker, contactor, and overload is pre-validated by Siemens for Type 1 or Type 2 coordination, depending on the breaker setting.
