Direct starter on a 60 mm busbar
The 3RA1110-1CD15-1AF0: This SIRIUS non-fused load feeder is a factory-assembled direct starter combining a contactor, bimetal overload relay, and circuit-breaker short-circuit protection in one size S00 package — no separate wiring between components. It snaps onto a 60 mm busbar system, saving panel space and wiring time compared to building the same circuit from discrete parts. Rated at 0.75 kW at 400 V, 50 Hz, it is sized for small motor loads like pumps, fans, or conveyors.
Supplied sub-assemblies — what is inside
The feeder ships with a 3RT1015-1AF01 contactor, a 3RA1911-1AA00 link module, a 3RV1011-1CA10 circuit breaker, and a 8US1251-5DM07 busbar adapter. The contactor and breaker are matched to the load rating, so the assembly is ready to install without selecting individual protection components.
The feeder accepts solid or stranded conductors 0.5 to 4 mm², and dual conductors 0.75 to 2.5 mm² for looping through. Clearance requirements: 20 mm upward, 10 mm forward, 9 mm backward, 20 mm at the sides, and 0 mm downward — plan the enclosure layout accordingly.
