The Siemens 3RA1115-1HA16-1AU6 is a nonreversing combination starter in the SIRIUS S00 frame, integrating a contactor and motor protective switch into one DIN-rail or panel-mount unit. It is rated for 5.5-8 A with a 480 VAC control voltage, so it switches and protects a motor load in that current band — think small conveyors, pumps, or fans where a single-direction start/stop is all the circuit needs. The MSP (motor protective switch) auxiliary contact block is built in: AUX-1 is SPDT with one NO and one NC, and AUX-2 is NO. That gives you a feedback signal for the PLC or a status light without adding a separate auxiliary block.
