The Siemens SIRIUS 3RA1220-1GB24-0AF0 is a reversing starter configured as a non-fused load feeder in size S0, rated for 2.2 kW at 400 V. It integrates a bimetal motor-protection relay and ships with a 3RV10 circuit-breaker, a 3RT10 contactor, and a 3RA19 link module — a complete reversing assembly for a 400 V three-phase motor up to that power.
Snap-on fastening onto a 35 mm standard rail, horizontal mounting position. The 100 mm width and 220 mm height fit a standard S0 footprint. Clearance requirements: 30 mm upward, 10 mm forward, 9 mm backward, 0 mm downward, and 30 mm at the side — plan the enclosure depth and gland-plate layout accordingly.
Main contact wiring accepts solid or stranded conductors 1 to 6 mm², with dual-wire capability: 2x (1 to 2.5 mm²) or 2x (2.5 to 6 mm²). AWG equivalent for main contacts is 2x (14 to 10). The IP20 front protection keeps live parts behind the panel cover during commissioning.
Rated for operation from -20 to +70 °C, storage from -55 to +80 °C, transport from -20 to +70 °C. Shock resistance 12.5g. Pollution degree 3. The lifecycle stage is current production — this part is still in active manufacture by Siemens.
