SIRIUS direct-on-line starter, size S00 — 60 kW at 400 V
The Siemens 3RA2110-0BD15-1BB4 is a SIRIUS direct-on-line starter, size S00, combining a contactor and a thermal bimetallic overload relay in one assembly. The control coil is rated 24 V DC, and the main circuit terminates with screw-type terminals. The unit snaps onto 60 mm busbar systems using the supplied busbar adapter 8US1251-5DS10.
Panel layout and clearance requirements
The starter measures 45 mm wide, 203 mm high, and 155 mm deep. For vertical mounting, the required clearances are: 50 mm upwards, 20 mm forwards, 10 mm downwards, and 20 mm at the side — no clearance needed backwards. These gaps ensure the thermal overload can dissipate heat and the contactor arc chamber vents properly. The supplied link module 3RA1921-1DA00 and contactor 3RT2015-1BB41 are pre-assembled, so the unit arrives as a single mechanical package ready to snap onto the busbar system.
