Panel fit and mounting — 45 mm wide, snaps onto 60 mm busbar
The 3RA2110-0CD15-1AP6 is a SIRIUS size S00 non-fused direct starter — the contactor, thermal overload relay, and short-circuit trip are integrated into one unit that snaps directly onto a 60 mm busbar system. At 45 mm wide, 200 mm tall, and 155.1 mm deep, it fits a standard 200 mm tall panel enclosure with vertical mounting orientation required. Clearance requirements: 20 mm upwards, 10 mm downwards, 9 mm at the side, and zero forwards or backwards — tight enough for dense busbar layouts.
Trip class and motor protection — CLASS 10 bimetallic overload
The magnetic short-circuit trip is integrated into the supplied circuit-breaker (3RV2011-0CA10), so the starter provides both overload and short-circuit protection in one package.
What comes in the box — supplied subcomponents
The starter ships as a factory-assembled set: a 3RT2015-1AP61 contactor, a 3RA1921-1DA00 link module, a 3RV2011-0CA10 circuit-breaker, and a 8US1251-5DS10 busbar adapter. The auxiliary switch extension is available as a product option — the base unit supports adding one.
