Mounting on 60 mm busbar systems
Designed specifically for snapping onto 60 mm busbar systems — the supplied busbar adapter (8US1251-5DS10) is included. This is not a DIN-rail mount; it clips directly onto the busbar riser, saving panel width. Mounting position is vertical only. Clearance requirements: 50 mm upward, 20 mm forward, 20 mm at the side, 10 mm downward, and 0 mm backward — the back face sits flush against the busbar.

Width 45 mm, height 203 mm, depth 155 mm — the S00 feeder size keeps the footprint compact for a 90 kW starter. The 45 mm width matches a standard 45 mm module pitch on busbar systems.

Coil rated 24 V DC — the supplied contactor is 3RT2015-1BB41, which uses a 24 V DC magnet system. Operating frequency 50/60 Hz — the starter is frequency-agnostic for the power circuit; the coil is DC, so no AC line frequency concern there.
