The Siemens 3RA2110-0HA15-1AP6 is a SIRIUS 3RA2 non-fused direct starter, size S00, combining a 3RT2015-1AP61 contactor and a 3RV2011-0HA10 circuit-breaker with a thermal bimetallic overload relay and magnetic short-circuit trip in one assembly. Rated 180 W at 400 V, 250 W at 500 V, and 370 W at 690 V in AC-3 duty, with a Class 10 trip characteristic — it protects standard three-phase squirrel-cage motors during start-up and running overloads. The unit snaps onto a DIN rail or screws into a panel using the additional push-in lug, with a vertical mounting position specified. Clearance requirements are 20 mm upwards, 10 mm downwards, and 9 mm at the side — no space needed forwards or backwards.
Motor power ratings and trip coordination
At 500 V the same starter handles 250 W, and at 690 V it reaches 370 W. The magnetic short-circuit trip handles fault clearing independently of the thermal element, so a hard short is interrupted without waiting for the bimetal to heat up.
Supplied components and wiring
This order code ships as a complete assembly: the 3RT2015-1AP61 contactor, the 3RV2011-0HA10 circuit-breaker, and the 3RA1921-1DA00 link module that interconnects them. The auxiliary switch extension is available (product extension auxiliary switch: Yes), so adding a signalling contact for the PLC is a field-fit option. AWG equivalents are 2× (20 to 16) for the contactor and 2× (18 to 14) plus 2× 12 for the circuit-breaker side.
Environmental and compliance envelope
Pollution degree 3 means it tolerates conductive pollution in industrial control panels — no additional conformal coating required for normal factory environments.
