SIRIUS S00 direct starter — 0.8 A AC-3, Class 10, busbar-mount
The 3RA2110-0HD15-1AP0: It snaps onto 60 mm busbar systems — the fastening method is integral, so no separate DIN-rail adapter is needed for that busbar pitch.
Supplied contactor and link module — what's in the assembly
This starter ships as a pre-assembled unit containing the 3RT2015-1AP01 contactor and the 3RA1921-1DA00 link module — the mechanical and electrical interlock between the contactor and the overload relay is factory-fitted. The main current circuit terminates with screw-type terminals, which is the standard for panel wiring in most industrial environments. Mounting position is vertical only — the thermal overload calibration assumes upright orientation for proper heat dissipation from the bimetal strip.
Clearance dimensions for panel layout
The envelope is 155 mm deep, 45 mm wide, and 203 mm tall — the width is the tightest constraint when ganging multiple starters on the same busbar. Minimum clearance around the unit: 50 mm upwards, 20 mm forwards, 20 mm at the side, 10 mm downwards, and 0 mm backwards (the back sits flush against the busbar).
Environmental limits and lifecycle status
Operating temperature range is -20 to +60 °C, with storage and transport limits from -50 to +80 °C — the -20 °C floor matters for unheated warehouses in cold climates.
