The 1 A rating at 400 V AC-3 means it's sized for small motor loads — fractional-horsepower pumps, fans, or conveyor drives — not for the 250 kW figure in the spec, which applies to the busbar system capacity, not the starter itself. The 24 VDC coil is the control voltage; the starter snaps onto 60 mm busbar systems using the supplied 8US1251-5DS10 busbar adapter and 3RA1921-1DA00 link module. Mounting position is vertical, with clearance requirements of 50 mm upwards, 20 mm forwards, 10 mm downwards, and 20 mm at the side — no clearance needed backwards.
