SIRIUS S00 direct starter — what's inside the box
This 3RA2110-1BE15-1BB4 is a pre-assembled SIRIUS direct (on-line) starter — a contactor, a thermal bimetallic overload relay, and a magnetic short-circuit trip in one Size S00 package. It ships with the 3RT2015-2BB41 contactor, the 3RA2911-2AA00 link module, and the 3RV2011-1BA20 circuit-breaker already wired together. That means one order code covers the motor-starting branch for a 0.75 kW load at 400 V, saving panel build time. The 24 V DC coil (rated value 24...24 V) keeps control-circuit wiring consistent with a 24 VDC PLC output card.
Thermal-magnetic protection — Class 10 trip curve
That's the standard for standard-duty motor starting where the acceleration time is under 10 seconds; a longer ramp (high-inertia loads) would need Class 20 or 30. The magnetic short-circuit trip handles the instantaneous fault clearing, protecting the contactor and downstream cable.
Panel fit — dimensions and clearances
The starter occupies 45 mm width × 198 mm height × 97 mm depth on the DIN rail. Minimum clearance around the unit: 50 mm upward, 20 mm forward, 10 mm downward, and 20 mm at the side. Backward clearance is 0 mm — it sits flush against the mounting surface. That 97 mm depth is the dimension to check against your enclosure depth when the door closes. Operating temperature range is -20 to +60 °C, storage and transport -50 to +80 °C.
Compliance and substance prohibitance
This is a direct (on-line) starter — not a reversing or star-delta configuration. The NEMA rating is listed as 'other', meaning it follows IEC design standards rather than NEMA frame sizes.
