Motor protection and power ratings
The 3RA2110-1CA15-1AP6: This is a direct-on-line non-fused motor starter from the SIRIUS 3RA2 family, combining a contactor and a thermal bimetallic overload relay in one unit. The AC-3 switching voltage is rated up to 690 V, covering 400 V and 480 V line supplies common in industrial panels. The supplied contactor is a 3RT2015-1AP61 and the link module is 3RA1921-1DA00 — these are the factory-matched components, so the thermal coordination between the bimetallic relay and the contactor coil is pre-validated.
Panel fit and mounting
Size S00 footprint: 45 mm wide, 97.1 mm deep, 167.2 mm tall. Mounts vertically on 35 mm DIN rail via snap-on fastening, or screw-mounted with an additional push-in lug. The 45 mm width is the standard single-module slot for S00 contactors — it fits alongside other SIRIUS components without wasted rail space. Clearance requirements: 20 mm upward, 10 mm downward, 9 mm at the side, zero forward or backward. This means it can be stacked tightly in a row with adjacent starters as long as the vertical airflow path is respected. Operating temperature range is -20 to +60 °C, storage -50 to +80 °C, transport -55 to +80 °C. Pollution degree 3 — suitable for industrial environments with conductive dust or humidity.
The 3RA2 series is the standard non-fused motor starter line in the SIRIUS portfolio. For panel builds or line-down spares, the 45 mm width and S00 size mean it drops into existing SIRIUS layouts without rework.
