Mounting and panel fit — S00 frame on DIN rail
Width is 45 mm, depth 97 mm, height 167 mm — the S00 footprint fits standard 35 mm DIN rail with screw and snap-on fastening. Vertical mounting position only; clearance above the unit is 50 mm, forward 20 mm, and 20 mm at the side for airflow and wiring access. Backwards clearance is zero — the unit sits flush against the mounting surface. Main circuit terminals are screw-type, sized for the S00 frame current. The supplied contactor is 3RT2015-1FB41 and the link module is 3RA1921-1DA00 — these are factory-integrated, so the starter arrives as a single assembly ready to wire.

Operating temperature range is -20 to +60 °C with temperature compensation active across that band. Storage and transport limits are -50 to +80 °C — wide enough for unheated warehouses or container shipping. The 2.5 A AC-3 rating holds at 400 V up to 690 V maximum, so the starter can be used on 480 V or 600 V systems without voltage derating.
