SIRIUS S00 direct-on-line starter — what's in the box
The 3RA2110-1DS15-1BB4 is a Siemens SIRIUS direct-on-line starter in the compact S00 frame size. It ships as a pre-assembled unit: a 3RT2015-2BB41 contactor, a thermal bimetallic overload relay (Class 10 trip class), a link module, and a busbar adapter for snapping onto 60 mm busbar systems. The thermal overload is field-adjustable and temperature-compensated across the -20 to +60 °C operating range.
Busbar snap-on and panel clearances
Mounting is vertical only, onto 60 mm busbar systems using the supplied adapter. The footprint is 45 mm wide by 212 mm tall by 155 mm deep — plan for 50 mm clearance above, 20 mm below, 20 mm to the sides, and 20 mm forward. Zero clearance needed behind the unit. Main circuit wiring uses spring-loaded terminals — no screwdriver needed for the power connections, which shaves time off a multi-starter panel build.
