SIRIUS S00 direct starter — 5 A AC-3, Class 10, snap-on busbar mount
The 3RA2110-1FH15-1BB4: This combination — the contactor, overload relay, and link module — ships as a single assembly, ready to snap onto a 60 mm busbar system.
Mounting and integration — 60 mm busbar, spring terminals, clearances
This starter is designed for snapping onto 60 mm busbar systems, not for DIN rail — the integral clip engages the busbar profile directly, saving the width of a separate mounting base. The main circuit uses spring-loaded terminals, so no screw torque check on the power connections; just strip the wire, push it in, and verify the clamp has gripped the conductor. Physical envelope is 155 mm deep by 45 mm wide by 260 mm high (–). The required clearances around the device: 50 mm upwards, 20 mm forwards, 20 mm at the side, 10 mm downwards, and zero backwards (–,). That backwards clearance of zero means the unit can sit flush against a panel backplate or another busbar-mounted device — useful when packing multiple starters on the same busbar run. Mounting position is vertical only. Operating temperature range is -20 to +60 °C, with storage and transport limits of -50 to +80 °C. The temperature compensation is active across the full operating range, so the overload trip characteristic stays within tolerance from a cold start to a hot panel.
